Where is the church?

Striplin Terrace UMC is located at 4170 Striplin Terrace Dr., Columbus, GA. From I-185 please take the Airport Thruway exit and head east toward the Airport. Continue past Wal-Mart and the Airport. Turn right onto Miller Road at the traffic light at Allendale shopping center. The first traffic light you come to on Miller Road will be the intersection of Miller Road and Pittman St. Turn right onto Pittman Street and the first left is Striplin Terrace Dr. The church is located on the right side of Striplin Terrace Dr. See Map.

When should we arrive?

Our contemporary worship service begins at 8:50 a.m. Traditional worship service begins at 11:00 a.m. Sunday School starts at 9:45 a.m. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so that we can help you find where rooms are located.

What about my children?

Children are welcome to attend any service with their parents. We do provide an adult supervised nursery for infants and very young children as well as children's church for children age 3 through 2nd grade. Children are encouraged to attend the service until "our time with the children."

What should I wear?

We invite you to dress very casual and comfortable, but you will find men in suits and ties as well as casual sports shirts. Wear what you would feel comfortable in and you will be welcome here.

How long is the service?

Usually about an hour, sometimes a few minutes over an hour.
